• We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. These fees will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging:

• Your cookies will be carefully packed to maintain freshness during transit. We use heat-sealed packaging to ensure your treats arrive as delicious as they were when they left our bakery.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost Orders:

• If your order  gets lost in transit, please contact us at customerservice@artisancookieshop.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
