Growing up, Maria relocated to Texas where she discovered the magic of pastry.
The Artisan Cookie Shop & Bakehouse is a place to explore, enjoy and create fascinating baked goods. We try not to follow conventions or stick to definitions and just happily create things that we love.

Founder - Maria Arias
She is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Culinary Arts. Her passion for crafting gourmet treats led to the creation of The Artisan Cookie Shop, where she brings her expertise and creativity to every baked good.
